Clean towels proved to be a challenge. only three were provided late in the evening after a request, leaving the family short for the night. Housekeeping services dropped the ball with sheets not being changed during the multi-night stay, causing real discomfort. I even had to plead with the maid just to have my bathroom cleaned properly, and disruptions at the crack of dawn for linens were less than ideal.
